Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records and reports.
• Support HR operations and employee engagement.
• Coordinate hiring requirements with different departments.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• **3\+ years of HR \& Recruitment experience.**
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
