Human Resource Executive

HR ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for an **HR Executive** with **6 months–1 years of experience, including HR internship experience**, to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day\-to\-day employee coordination. Candidates with relevant HR internship experience and a good understanding of HR processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee information.
• Manage and track office and administrative expenses.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and background verification for new hires.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, and deductions.
• Support day\-to\-day HR activities and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 years of experience in HR, including relevant HR internship experience.
• Freshers with relevant HR internship experience may also apply.
• Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to HR policies, processes, and organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
