Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll \& Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary data.
- Coordinate with finance team for salary disbursement.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions including Supervisors, Managers, Operations Staff, Drivers, and Support Staff.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and HR\-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with manpower agencies and recruitment vendors.
- Manage payroll and HR service providers.
- Track vendor performance, invoices, and agreements.
- Maintain professional relationships with external HR and staffing partners.
HR Operations \& Administration
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Maintain employee files and digital records.
- Support policy implementation and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle miscellaneous HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Understanding of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Vendor management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and HRMS knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / BBA / Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- Certification in HR, Payroll, or Labour Compliance will be an added advantage.
