Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive with experience in the Engineering \& Construction industry to manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
• Handle recruitment, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Ensure EPF, ESI, and applicable statutory compliance.
• Organise employee engagement activities and address employee grievances.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
• Working knowledge of EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in attendance management, leave administration, MS Excel, and HRMS.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience in the Engineering \& Construction industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
