Human Resource Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• End\-to\-end recruitment for clinical \& non\-clinical positions
• Employee onboarding and induction
• Attendance, leave \& HRMS management
• Employee documentation and file management
• Payroll input coordination
• Employee engagement activities
• HR reports and MIS preparation
• Support NABH and statutory compliance
• Grievance handling and employee relations
• Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements

• *Qualification:** MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

• *Experience:** 2–5 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Pay: From ₹16,000\.00 per month
