Job Description
- *Job Title: HR Executive**
- *Location:** *Adoor*
- *Experience:**
Minimum **2 years of experience** in Human Resources.
- *Qualification:**
- MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
- *Age Limit:**
Below **30 years**
- *Immediate Joiners Preferred**
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and ensure continuous hiring to meet manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Assist the HR Manager in day\-to\-day HR operations and strategic HR activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Process and maintain statutory compliance related to **ESI, PF, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labour regulations.**
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, attendance, and payroll\-related data.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Draft HR letters, notices, policies, SOPs, and official communications.
- Support disciplinary procedures and policy implementation.
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Perform any additional HR responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **ESI, PF, and Labour Laws**.
- Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Excellent proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word** (Mandatory).
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast\-paced work environment**.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- MBA (HR) with a minimum of **2 years of HR experience**.
- Experience in recruitment, statutory compliance, and general HR operations.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting hiring deadlines.
- Willing to travel, if required.
- *Eligibility Criteria**
- ✅ MBA (HR) or related field
- ✅ Minimum 2 Years of HR Experience
- ✅ Age Below 30 Years
- ✅ Strong Knowledge of ESI \& PF
- ✅ Knowledge of Labour Laws \& HR Policies
- ✅ Excellent Excel \& MS Word Skills
- ✅ Continuous Recruitment Experience

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
