Job Summary

Universal Education is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support day\-to\-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a sound understanding of HR functions.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Assist in attendance management, leave records, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation.
• Ensure timely follow\-ups with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support other HR operations and administrative activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
