• *Position Overview:**

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions with a focus on **US recruitment and US payroll operations**. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate will ensure smooth HR processes aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager and support overall HR strategy and execution.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end **US recruitment process**, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and initial training.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees joining the organization.
• Maintain and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, employment agreements, and separation documents.
• Support employee relations and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Participate in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, diversity \& inclusion programs, and policy updates.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in US recruitment
• Experience working with English\-speaking countries (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
