• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a hands\-on HR Generalist with experience working in fast\-growing startups and building HR processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, manage the employee lifecycle, drive talent acquisition, and establish scalable HR practices.

We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building teams and processes from **0 to 1**.

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• **Talent Acquisition:** Manage end\-to\-end hiring, stakeholder alignment, sourcing strategies, interview processes, offer management, and pre\-joining engagement.
• **HR Process Building:** Create and implement HR SOPs, policies, workflows, and frameworks to support organisational growth.
• **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Own onboarding, induction, probation reviews, confirmation, employee movements, and exit processes.
• **Performance Management:** Support goal\-setting, performance review cycles, manager feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• **Employee Relations:** Address employee concerns, manage grievances, support conflict resolution, and maintain appropriate documentation.
• **Employee Engagement \& Retention:** Drive engagement initiatives, employee recognition, feedback mechanisms, and retention efforts.
• **HR Operations \& Compliance:** Manage HR documentation, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, background verification, and applicable compliance requirements.
• **HRMS \& Analytics:** Manage HRMS platforms such as Keka, maintain HR dashboards, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• *Experience \& Skills**

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar broad\-based HR role.
• Prior experience in a **startup or fast\-growing organisation**, preferably with exposure to building HR processes from scratch.
• Hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Working knowledge of HRMS platforms preferred **Keka**.
• Strong communication, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
