• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and people\-oriented HR Intern to support our day\-to\-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands\-on experience in hiring, employee engagement, HR coordination, and workplace operations within a luxury healthcare and wellness environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
• Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media
• Maintain candidate databases and employee records
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
• Support HR operations, attendance tracking, and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
• Help maintain HR policies, reports, and trackers
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Interest in recruitment and HR operations
• Presentable, professional, and detail\-oriented personality
• Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
