Human Resource Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Human Resources Intern** to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and day\-to\-day human resource operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, strong organizational abilities, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance tracking, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support the HR team with daily operations and special projects.
• Ensure the confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
