We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Nagercoil. You’ll handle live recruitment and people\-operations work with mentorship from experienced professionals.

• *Eligibility**

• Only candidates residing in Nagercoil / Kanyakumari may apply
• Final\-year students or recent graduates (BBA/MBA/B.Com/BA/MSW or related fields)
• Must have own laptop
• Available for full\-time, on\-site internship

• *Responsibilities**

• Post job openings and source candidates on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Assist with onboarding and maintain employee records
• Track attendance and prepare HR documents and reports

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication in Tamil and English
• Basic MS Office / Google Workspace
• Professional attitude and follow\-up discipline

• *Good to Have**

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri)
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Prior internship or college placement\-cell experience
