Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-orientated talent acquisition intern to support our HR

operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in HR processes,

recruitment, and employee engagement in a fast\-paced, creative agency environment.

Internship Structure

  • Understanding the recruitment process and hiring workflow
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Managing candidate communication and follow\-ups
  • Assisting with onboarding of selected candidates
  • Supporting HR documentation and recruitment activities

Performance Expectation

Interns are expected to actively contribute to recruitment activities and support the successful

hiring of candidates during the internship period.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
  • Help manage and maintain HR documentation and databases (HRIS)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities
  • Work closely with the team to support performance reviews and feedback cycles
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and initiatives

Qualifications \& Skills

  • *Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business**

Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field

  • *Strong verbal and written communication skills**
  • Good interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Learning Outcomes

  • Practical exposure to end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring workflows
  • Hands\-on experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Understanding of LinkedIn recruitment and job portal hiring strategies
  • Experience in managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
  • Development of professional communication and HR coordination skills
  • Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement strategies
