Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala

- *Job Responsibilities:**
\- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
\- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
\- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms.
\- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
\- Assist with onboarding and daily HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria
\- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or completed).
\- Freshers are welcome.
\- Good communication and organizational skills.
\- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
\- Willingness to learn IT recruitment and HR operations.
