Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

• *Requirement**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri is an advantage.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer\-provided relocation package (Preferred)
