Transcurators is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our Human Resources team in Delhi. This full\-time, on\-site position presents an exciting opportunity to shape our HR strategy and support organizational growth within the Information Services industry.

As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and programs that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field.

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 300,000 \- INR 450,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

### **Responsibilities**

• Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee onboarding and training programs
• Facilitate performance appraisal processes and employee development

• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2\-5 years of experience in HR management
