Human Resource Recruiter

• *HR Recruiter (Work From Home – Contractual)**

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct **pre\-screening calls** to:
• Verify candidate details.
• Assess communication skills.
• Evaluate fluency in **English / Hindi**.
• Check basic eligibility and interest in the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities when required.

Daily Performance Targets

• **15 qualified candidate lineups per day** (candidates scheduled for interviews after successful pre\-screening).
• **3 candidate selections per day** based on successful interview outcomes.
• Consistent achievement of daily targets is expected as part of the role.

Eligibility

• **12th pass or Graduate.**
• **Freshers or experience.**
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Stable internet connection.
