Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

\- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for sports coaches, academy staff and other operational positions.

\- Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and professional networks.

\- Recruit qualified coaches across multiple sports disciplines for schools and academies.

\- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on requirements.

\- Coordinate interviews with department heads, school representatives and management.

\- Manage bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements for various sports projects.

\- Maintain an updated database of coaches, trainers and potential candidates.

\- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities and onboarding.

\- Follow up with candidates to ensure timely joining and smooth deployment.

\- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and share hiring updates with management.

Requirements

\- Minimum 12\+ months of experience in recruitment, preferably within the sports industry, sports academies, schools or sports management organisations.

\- Prior experience in hiring sports coaches, trainers or academy staff will be strongly preferred.

\- Good understanding of various sports disciplines and coaching requirements.

\- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

\- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

\- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within tight deadlines.

\- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
