Human Resource -Talent Acquisition

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and follow up on joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Post jobs, manage employer branding, and build talent pipelines.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• *Education:** MBA/PGDM (HR), MHRM, or Graduate with relevant HR recruitment experience.

• *Skills:** Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, coordination, MS Excel, and recruitment portal experience.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From ₹20,000\.00 per month
