Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR Admin** to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day\-to\-day HR operations, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee database.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment by posting jobs and screening resumes.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR\-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support payroll by maintaining attendance and leave records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll.
  • Strong problem\-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
