Job Description

Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant who has to provides critical administrative support to the HR department, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. They manage employee records, assist with recruitment, coordinate onboarding, process payroll data, and serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Recruitment \& Onboarding:** Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate pre\-employment checks, and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • **HR Administration:** Maintain and update highly confidential employee files and records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • **Payroll \& Benefits Support:** Track employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets to assist payroll processing. Address benefits\-related questions.
  • **Employee Communication:** Act as the first point of contact for employee requests, resolving minor issues or escalating them to HR Managers.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure the company adheres to local labor laws and internal regulations by tracking necessary documentation.

Qualifications \& Requirements

  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • **Experience:** 1 years of proven experience in an HR Department
  • **Skills:** Strong organizational and time\-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and top\-tier written and verbal communication abilities.
  • **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and experience navigating HRIS platforms
  • **Discretion:** Absolute integrity and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
