**Payroll \& Benefits:** Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime hours to support payroll processing, and answer staff questions regarding benefits.
**Employee Communication:** Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
**Compliance:** Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
