Human Resources Associate

We at Rashmi Bhalla Projet Consultants Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Admin \& HR Associate to support day\-to\-day administrative and human resources operations. This entry\-level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in HR while gaining exposure to core administrative functions.

• Screen CVs based on defined criteria
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and trackers
• Manage daily office administrative tasks and coordination
• Support internal communication and employee engagement activities
