- *Human Resources Associate (Non\-IT) .**
- *Education**: Any Graduate Degree
Degree with HR/similar specialisation preferred.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a same or similar role, preferably from a manufacturing sector based company.
- Working knowledge of Factories Act , EPF \& ESI Regulations.
- Source candidates through Job portals \&other channels, screen profiles and schedule interviews.
- Training and Development : Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
- Monitor and update employee and organization performance metrics and related documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and reports.
- Only candidates from Tamilnadu state preferred.
- Women candidate preferred.
- Phone reimbursement, Insurance, Holiday pay, Yearly Bonus available.
- Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
