Human Resources Executive(Compliance)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end payroll processing for employees.
• Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor\-related compliances.
• Prepare and upload PF \& ESIC challans within deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records and employee attendance data.
• Generate MIS reports and payroll reports using Advanced Excel.
• Coordinate with finance and auditors for payroll and compliance\-related documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
• Manage PF and ESIC registrations, employee additions, deletions, and KYC updates.
• Prepare and process monthly PF and ESIC challans and ensure timely payments.
• Handle monthly and annual statutory returns and documentation.
• Maintain compliance records, registers, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and auditors for compliance\-related matters.
• Handle employee joining, exit formalities, and full \& final settlement documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, salary, and wage\-related records.
• Assist in statutory audits and inspections.
• Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands\-on experience in PF \& ESIC portal operations.
• Knowledge of monthly challan preparation and filing.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll processing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Statutory Compliance.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹420,000\.00 per year
