Human Resources Executive

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment \- Technician, Engineer, Sales, Draftsman, Office Staff, Factory Workers
• Source candidates from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups, References, ITI Colleges
• Take screening, schedule interview with HOD, do salary negotiation
• Release Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, do joining formalities, induction
• Maintain recruitment tracker, close positions within 15\-20 days
• Manage contractor hiring for factory workers
• Maintain daily attendance \- office staff, factory workers, field technicians using Biometric / Excel.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
• HR: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification

• Professional in Human Resources® (Required)
