Job Description – HR Executive

- *Experience Required:** 2–4 Years (Preferred in CA Firm / Professional Services)
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day human resource functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, performance coordination, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination, confidentiality, and people management skills in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer release).
- Coordinate with partners/managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
2\. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee database, attendance, leave, and probation tracking.
- Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Manage Full \& Final settlement process.
3\. HR Operations \& Administration
- Maintain HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
- Handle payroll coordination with accounts team.
- Manage leave records, attendance monitoring, and HR MIS reports.
- Draft HR letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, etc.
4\. Performance \& Employee Engagement
- Assist in performance appraisal process and documentation.
- Coordinate employee feedback and grievance handling.
- Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Maintain professional and positive work culture.
5\. Compliance \& Documentation
- Ensure HR compliance as per labour laws and firm policies.
- Maintain statutory records (if applicable).
- Support audit / internal review related HR documentation.
Skills \& Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination ability.
- Confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software (preferred).
- Ability to work in deadline\-driven professional environment.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
