Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing \& Outreach: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screening \& Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Process Management: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strategy \& Planning: Collaborate with department managers to define future hiring needs and job requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications
