• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Faculty / Human Resource Trainer to train students in Human Resource Management and related HR practices. Freshers with good HR knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct training sessions on Human Resource Management topics.
• Teach recruitment and selection, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Explain labour laws, EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Provide practical training on HR documentation and recruitment tools.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments.
• Guide students in interview preparation and career development.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment platforms.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Previous training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
