We are looking for an HR Specialist to handle our HR \& Admin function. You will be accountable for HR, Recruitment and Administration functions for the company.

- *Responsibilities will include:**
Human Resources
- CTC structure, offer roll out
- Onboarding and coordinate technical training
- Engagement and team management activities
- Compliance (labour laws, TDS, Profession Tax, Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Fund, PF \& ESIC)
- Manage policies and process compliance
- Management Reporting
Recruitment
- Resource review and hiring plan
- Track hiring status and review recruitment reporting
Administration
- Office infrastructure maintenance
- Legal compliances (Income Tax, Companies Act documentation, Shops and Establishments records, GST, etc)
- Accounting overview including expense management and reporting
- Coordinating and following up with vendors and partners including renewal of respective agreements
Required skills
- Any graduate
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good at managing multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of state labour laws and general compliances
