• *Job Title:** Assistant Manager – Human Resources

• *Location:** CGH Earth Corporate Office, Kochi, Kerala

• *Reports To:** AVP HR

• *Role Summary**

The **Assistant Manager – HR (Corporate Unit Operations)** manages day\-to\-day HR tasks for the CGH Earth Corporate Office in Cochin, treating HQ as its own dedicated property unit.

While individual hotels, resorts, and NABH\-accredited hospitals have their own Unit HRs, this role handles hiring, staff care, payroll inputs, local legal compliance, and workplace culture for corporate teams .

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Corporate Office HR \& Hiring**

• Handle end\-to\-end hiring and onboarding and induction for all corporate office roles
• Manage daily HR admin work for Cochin office staff, including leave, attendance, and employee files.
• Run performance reviews for corporate employees.
• Organize fun team activities, wellness events, and work\-culture programs for the corporate office.

• *2\. Local Legal Rules \& Payroll Support**

• Keep the Corporate Office 100% compliant with local labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, Shops \& Establishments Act).
• Prepare monthly payroll data, attendance records, and bonus details for corporate employees in coordination with Finance.
• Maintain clean, organized employee records so corporate HR is always ready for audits.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
