Job Title: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities
Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
Address employee queries and support HR policy implementation.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
1year of experience in HR and Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software/tools.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,527\.14 \- ₹54,540\.43 per month
