Job Description

- *Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with 9\+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable **labor laws.**
- *Key Responsibilities Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring turnaround time.
- *Employee Lifecycle Management**
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth joining and separation formalities.
- *Statutory Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants for:
- PF
- ESI
- Professional Tax
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- Shops \& Establishment Act
- Factory\-related HR compliance
- Support internal and external audits.
- *Performance Management**
- Coordinate employee appraisal cycles.
- Track KPIs and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- *Employee Engagement**
- Organize employee welfare activities.
- Handle employee grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction initiatives.
- *HR Operations**
- Maintain HRMIS and employee database.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
- Update employee files and documentation.
- *Training \& Development**
- Identify training needs.
- Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
- *Industrial Relations**
- Maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate with plant management.
- Resolve employee issues professionally.
- Support disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- *Required Qualification**s
- MBA in Human Resources / MSW / PGDM (HR)
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- *Experience**
- Minimum **9 years** of HR experience.
- At least **5 years** in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in plant HR is preferred.
