Requirements

\* Good English communication and a smart, presentable personality

\* Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment

\* Basic knowledge of HR documentation and legal compliance

\* Ability to manage day\-to\-day HR documentation and processes

\* Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

\* Experience with HRMS software

\* Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude

\* Good coordination and people\-handling skills

Key Responsibilities

\* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining

\* Handle HR documentation and maintain employee records

\* Manage day\-to\-day HR activities and processes

\* Coordinate with employees and management

\* Prepare and maintain HR reports

\* Support HR compliance and company policies

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
