Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented HR Recruiter to join our corporate HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of departments and functions. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a passion for finding the right talent to drive business success.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Create and post job descriptions across platforms
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records
• Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes
• Provide regular reports on hiring metrics
• Enhance employer branding initiatives
• Ensure an inclusive and bias\-free hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Human Resources or related field;
• Able to work critical and emerging skills, should have very strong sourcing skills;
• Should have basic recruitment life cycle experience, need to support end to end hiring activities, planning, sourcing, interview schedules, offer negotiation, on boarding;
• Excellent communication skills \& Good inter\-personal skills;
• High on enthusiasm \& energy;
• Ability to remain focused \& goal oriented. Excellent Persuasive skills;
• Take initiative, develop \& execute new concepts on hiring mid\-level talent;

Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
