About the Job

Leading group HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, training, and manpower planning across multiple hospital units.

Eligibility

\* MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) or equivalent qualification

\* 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector

\* Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, payroll, statutory compliance, and HRMS

\* Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and multi\-unit HR operations

\* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
