HVAC Backend Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented HVAC Backend Sales Executive with good knowledge of HVAC equipment and sales coordination. The candidate should have experience in handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and the sales team, and managing sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries related to HVAC equipment and products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with the sales team, customers, vendors, and distributors.
• Provide product information, technical specifications, and pricing details.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and quotations to convert them into orders.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and enquiry records.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical team regarding product specifications and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\-

• Graduate in any discipline; a technical qualification is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC backend sales or sales coordination.
• Good knowledge of HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ductable units, and other air\-conditioning equipment.
• Experience in preparing quotations, handling enquiries, and following up with customers.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
