Project engineering: Deliver quality MEP engineering on time and hand over early, so over 75% of project time is left for execution. Review weekly with Procurement to finalise items and release manufacturing clearance.

Quality: Meet Blue Star quality requirements and customer specifications before clearing procurement.

3C Engineering Excellence: Lead the rollout of 3C standards, procedures and processes.

Prefabrication: Maximise prefabrication in every activity.

Value engineering: Propose value engineering before and after contract award.

Standardisation: Standardise drawings and data sheets across the region.

Focused delivery: Plan deliverables bay\-wise or cluster\-wise, prioritised by customer needs. Apply lessons from past pain points.

Liaison: Build strong relationships with major PMCs and consultants.

Team and productivity: Develop managers, engineers and modellers into an expert talent pool. Deploy resources productively and adopt new technologies.
