Job Overview
Ambient HVAC Solution is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Head to lead and manage multiple HVAC projects from planning through execution and handover. The candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, team management, client coordination, budgeting, resource planning, quality control, and ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated time and cost parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of HVAC projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review HVAC designs, drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality standards across all sites.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and contractual commitments.
- Lead site engineers, project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective measures to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee project billing, certifications, variation orders, and final project handovers.
- Support business development and tender teams with technical inputs when required.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC Project Execution, MEP Projects, or Building Services.
- Proven experience managing large\-scale HVAC projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including Chillers, VRF/VRV Systems, Ventilation, Ducting, Piping, and Building Services.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
