- *Must have skills:** AI Led Process transformation expertise in Enterprise performance Management / Connected Planning / Financial planning \& analysis, with AI strategy and value architecture experience

- Familiarity with value positioning and business case for AI/ML\-powered forecasting techniques — predictive analytics, anomaly detection, scenario modelling, and rolling forecast automation using tools like Azure ML, Amazon forecast, or Agentic/Gen\-AI powered tools like, or embedded AI in EPM platforms
- Exposure to Multi\-agent AI frameworks (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen) for FP\&A workflow automation — e.g., narrative generation, variance analysis agents, commentary drafting
- Hands\-on experience with EPM/CPM planning platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday Adaptive, SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud) for budgeting, forecasting, and driver\-based modelling
- Experience with BI \& visualization tools (Power BI with Copilot, Tableau Einstein, Qlik) for CFO dashboards, management reporting, and AI\-assisted forecast visualization

- *Job Summary:**Process Excellence leads high\-impact Finance \& Accounting transformation engagements for global clients, combining deep process domain expertise across financial planning \& analysis with AI\-enabled operating model design and executive advisory capability.
