We are seeking a skilled Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and IBM BPM/BAW, which is mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate in Engineering with relevant experience, responsible for developing Business Objects and User Interface Screens (Coaches) within the IBM BPM/BAW environment. You should possess demonstrative knowledge of web application technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dojo, jQuery, and Ajax, alongside database expertise with RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL. Mandatory experience working on IBM BPM tools is required, with exposure to WebSphere, BPM, and ECM being beneficial. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud-based BPM solutions is advantageous, and an IBM BPM/BAW certification is considered a plus.
