Job Overview

The IME Manager oversees passive telecom site infrastructure (Power, DG Sets, Battery

Banks, SMPS, AC units) across assigned clusters. This role is responsible for driving 100%

network uptime through structured preventive maintenance, rapid fault resolution within

tight Turnaround Times (TAT), field team leadership, compliance tracking, and spare child

part inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership \& Back Office Operations: Direct, schedule, and support field

technicians, site engineers, and back\-office staff. Conduct team grooming, skill

building, and performance tracking.

• Uptime \& Preventive Maintenance (PM): Plan and execute periodic PM schedules

across all passive site equipment to eliminate avoidables and maximize network

availability.

• Corrective Maintenance \& Fault Resolution: Lead emergency response for critical

alarms, drive root\-cause analysis on recurring failures, and perform rapid equipment

fault resolution.

• Infra Correction \& TAT Management: Enforce strict adherence to SLA/TAT targets for

site physical rectifications, structural upgrades, and safety corrections.

• Assessments \& Record Compliance: Conduct regular site quality audits, execute

standard technical assessments, and maintain complete, audit\-ready IME operational

records.

• Child Part \& Store Management: Oversee regional spare parts inventory, manage

store dispatches for site repair kits, track component consumption, and eliminate

material loss.

Candidate Profile \& Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in Telecom Passive Equipment

Operations (Tower Sites, Power Systems, DG, Battery Banks).

• Leadership: Strong team\-handling capabilities with proven success managing field

operations and back\-office teams.

• Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills to

interface with cross\-functional teams and executive leadership

Pay: ₹36,333\.00 \- ₹40,333\.00 per month
