Immediate Hiring - Customer Support Executive (Matrimony Industry)

• *ZentraTech, a Singapore\-based company**, is looking for an **experienced Customer Support Executive** to assist members on its matrimony platform, SecondSutra.

• *Key responsibilities:**

• Handle **calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations** with SecondSutra members.
• Assist members with **profile completion, verification, activation, and membership plans** based on their queries.
• Address customer queries and manage follow\-ups with **empathy and professionalism**.
• Maintain **detailed records and follow\-up updates in CRM**.

• *Qualifications \& experience:**

• **Matrimony industry experience is strongly preferred**, ideally with at least **1 year of experience**.
• Candidates with strong **telecalling and customer support experience** from other industries who are eager to work in the matrimony industry are also welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in **Tamil, Hindi, and English**.
• Basic knowledge of **CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel** is an advantage.
• **Women professionals, including single mothers and women returning to work after a career break, are encouraged to apply.**

• *Education:**

• **Any graduate** preferred; high school and diploma holders may also apply.

• *Job Type**: Full\-time / Part\-time

• *Salary:** Salary based on experience. It is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
