We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect SME to support a strategic discovery and transformation engagement focused on modernizing customer contact center platforms using Amazon Connect and AWS AI/ML services.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Assess existing contact center \& CX landscape
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering
Define migration strategy from legacy platforms to Amazon Connect
Identify automation, GenAI, and conversational AI opportunities
Design target\-state architecture and integration roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and customer teams
Contribute to solution proposals and executive presentations
*Required Skills:**
Strong hands\-on experience with Amazon Connect
Expertise in Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues \& Contact Lens
Experience with AWS services: Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Kinesis
CRM integration experience: Salesforce / ServiceNow / MS Dynamics
Knowledge of telephony concepts \& CCaaS migration
Exposure to AI\-driven contact center solutions and automation
Strong customer engagement and consulting skills
*Preferred:**
AWS Certification preferred
Experience in discovery/advisory engagements
Exposure to Amazon Connect transformation programs
