• *Role Overview**

In this role, you will lead and support end\-to\-end solution implementations across commercial and corporate lending ecosystems. You will collaborate directly with cross\-functional business and technology teams to translate complex financial business processes into functional platform configurations, system integrations, and live production deployments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **End\-to\-End Implementation:** Drive full\-lifecycle product deployments, including business requirement discovery, gap analysis, target operating model alignment, workflow configuration, and post\-go\-live stabilization.
• **System Configuration \& Integration:** Translate complex commercial lending rules into system setups; support interface and integration design via APIs and messaging frameworks.
• **Data Migration \& Transition:** Oversee legacy data mapping, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• **Backlog \& Delivery Management:** Manage technical and functional implementation backlogs, ensuring timely milestone delivery and quality benchmarks.
• **Stakeholder Enablement:** Work closely with product owners, operations teams, and client stakeholders during UAT, system integration testing, and operational readiness phases.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• **Core Product Expertise:** Proven, hands\-on implementation experience in one or more core lending systems: **FIS ACBS**, **Finastra Loan IQ**, or **Odessa**.
• **Domain Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Corporate and Commercial Lending, including:
• Bilateral lending facilities
• Syndicated loans \& participation
• Asset\-Based Lending (ABL)
• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financing
• Loan lifecycle management, servicing, and agency administration
• **Delivery Track Record:** Demonstrated background managing gap\-fit analysis, functional specification sign\-offs, workflow setups, data migration, and live cutovers.
• **Technical Acumen:** Strong capability to bridge business requirements with technical architecture, interface frameworks (APIs/messaging), and core banking database structures.
• **Communication:** Exceptional communication and analytical problem\-solving skills, with a track record of handling senior business and technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹3,000,000\.00 \- ₹3,300,000\.00 per year
