Job Description
Responsible for successful software implementation, technical support and customer onboarding.
- *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**
· Provide technical support and assist in software implementation at customer locations.
· Install, configure, test and deploy software.
· Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the development team.
· Understand customer requirements and communicate customization needs.
· Coordinate between customers and internal teams.
· Conduct software demonstrations, user training and knowledge transfer.
· Support software upgrades and process improvements.
· Maintain implementation reports and project documentation.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow\-up.
· Continuously improve technical and functional knowledge.
· Be willing to travel for implementation assignments.
· Communicate effectively with clients, managers and cross\-functional teams.
· Complete assigned tasks and project milestones within committed timelines.
· Prioritize customer requirements and ensure timely follow\-up.
· Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for the development team.
· Maintain transparent communication regarding project status, risks and feedback.
· Resolve client\-side and internal coordination issues professionally.
· Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
· Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, projects and communications.
· Continuously learn new product features, technologies and business processes.
· Represent Indas Analytics professionally during all client interactions.
· Contribute to customer success, long\-term relationships and referrals.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
