• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Implementation Success Manager to oversee the successful implementation and execution of branding, signage, wayfinding and interior branding projects. The candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that project requirements are understood, planned, coordinated and delivered as per approved designs, quality standards, timelines and client expectations.

The role requires strong project implementation knowledge, client relationship management, technical understanding of signage and branding solutions, and the ability to coordinate cross\-functional teams from project initiation through final installation and handover.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Project Implementation \& Execution**

• Manage end\-to\-end implementation of signage, wayfinding, branding and interior branding projects.
• Understand client requirements, project scope, specifications and approved drawings.
• Develop implementation plans, execution schedules and project milestones.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, project management and site execution teams.
• Ensure projects are implemented as per approved designs, BOQs, specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
• Ensure smooth execution across multiple client locations and project sites.

• *2\. Client Relationship \& Success Management**

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Understand client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Address client concerns, implementation challenges and escalations promptly.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional project requirements.

• *3\. Technical Coordination \& Implementation**

* Coordinate implementation of

• Indoor and outdoor signage.
• Corporate logos and branding elements.
• Wayfinding and directional signage systems.
• Wall and glass graphics.
• Environmental Graphic Design (EGD).
• Illuminated and non\-illuminated signage.
• Acrylic, metal, LED and fabricated signage.
• Corporate interior branding and visual communication elements.
• Review technical drawings, artwork, material specifications and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with factory teams to ensure manufactured products meet approved specifications.
• Ensure proper site measurements, installation planning and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to resolve site\-related implementation issues.

• *4\. Cross\-Functional Team Coordination**

• Work closely with sales, design, project management, procurement, production, quality and installation teams.
• Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Track dependencies and ensure timely completion of each project stage.
• Coordinate resources, materials and manpower required for implementation.
• Ensure alignment between client commitments and internal execution capabilities.
• Conduct regular project review meetings with concerned departments.

• *5\. Quality Assurance \& Project Handover**

• Ensure implementation meets approved designs, quality standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate site inspections and quality checks before project handover.
• Monitor finishing, dimensions, colour accuracy, logo placement and illumination.
• Ensure defects, installation issues and client observations are resolved.
• Obtain client approvals and completion sign\-offs.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover reports and closure records.

• *6\. Project Monitoring \& Reporting**

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets and execution progress.
• Identify potential delays, risks and implementation challenges.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
• Track pending approvals, material requirements and site dependencies.
• Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• 5–8 years of experience in project implementation, client success or project coordination.
• Good understanding of signage, branding, wayfinding and interior fit\-out projects.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs and project specifications.
• Strong project planning, coordination and execution capabilities.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
