Implementation & Tech Support Engineer

Looking for freshers or 1 to 2 years experienced candidates for Project Implementation \& Technical Support Engineer.

apply only if you can speak fluent in Tamil \& English, as this person needs to handle clients /projects in tamilnadu region

Qualification \- UG degree (BCA, BSc (CS or IT) , B.E. , B.Tech)

Computer science background is preferred for non B.E.

Role

\* Carry out end to end Implementation activities of assigned projects

\* Maintain relationship with existing \& new customers

\* to handle pilot, UAT, go live activity for assigned projects

\* resolve tickets raised by clients by providing technical support

expectation

Good communication skills in english and local language (Tamil ) knowing additional language is a plus

Travel \- travel to client places (very rare)

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
