Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Implementer Trainee** to join our ERP, SAP, and CRM implementation team. The trainee will receive hands\-on training in business process analysis, software implementation, client coordination, system configuration, testing, user training, and post\-implementation support. Based on performance, technical skills, and business requirements, the candidate will be offered a permanent position as an **Implementation Executive / Functional Consultant**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end\-to\-end ERP, SAP, and CRM implementation projects.
  • Understand client business processes and assist in requirement gathering.
  • Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project review sessions.
  • Configure software modules, masters, workflows, and user permissions under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Assist in data migration, data validation, and system configuration activities.
  • Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality checks.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user manuals, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
  • Conduct software demonstrations and user training sessions.
  • Coordinate with Development, Support, Sales, and Project teams for smooth implementation.
  • Follow up with clients for pending data, approvals, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Provide first\-level support during implementation and post\-go\-live.
  • Maintain implementation trackers, project documentation, and status reports.
  • Escalate implementation risks, delays, and technical issues to reporting managers.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned implementation tasks and project milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in BBA, BMS, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc IT, MBA, MCA, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ERP, SAP, CRM, Business Consulting, and Software Implementation.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, or Business Processes will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and client coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and presentation tools.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000\.00 per month
