• *Import Export Logistics Executive (Back End)**

We are looking for a qualified **Import Export Logistics Executive (Back End)**to join our team. You will provide support to the **Purchase** \& **Logistics** **Department** teams and will be responsible to provide support for all the **Supply Chain** \& **Logistics** Procedures/activities.

• *Number of Positions:** 01 only required.

• *Experience:** Freshers, 06 months \- 1 year.

• *Salary Range:** **Rs.20,000/\- to Rs.25,000/\-In\-hand per month. (CTC\- 3,00,348 LPA\-3,61,788 LPA). (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience)**

• *Educational Qualification:** BBA(IB), BBM, B. Com, B.A (Arts) etc. Any Degree **(Excluding IT and Science streams)**.

• *Desirable Skills:**

• Fluent Verbal \& Written Communication skills.
• Good documentation and file maintaining skills.
• Familiarity with **INCOTERMS** and **International Shipping documentation**.
• Should be well\-versed with **Excel/Advance Excel** skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

1\) Supporting **Purchase** and **Logistical** Operations.

2\) Communicating with the **Purchase/Logistics** teams and **Vendors**.

3\) Coordinating and Monitoring of Shipments.

4\) Preparing, Submitting \& Maintaining the Shipping Documentations.

5\) Tracking of Shipments.

6\) Communicating with **Forwarders** \& **Courier** Companies.

7\) Preparing \& presenting the **Logistics’** reports.

8\) Any other responsibilities that this job may require from time to time.
